Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable or if there is an error in pricing or product information.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or events outside of our control.

4. Returns & Cancellation Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you change your mind, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
Personalised or custom-made items are non-refundable unless they are faulty.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [insert email address], including photos if possible, so we can resolve the issue quickly.
