All our Products come in their own branded packaging.
They are individually wrapped and packaged, for that unique feel.
The Items are then Wrapped in Tissue paper and put in either a Bubble Wrap envelope or a posting box (if multiple items).
Then into a mailing bag.
We take pride in our Products and packaging and we will do everything we can to ensure they arrive in a perfect condition.

Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping:

All of our products with be wrapped in Bubble wrap and come in a padded Envelope. They will be shipped by Royal Mail Tracked.

Flat Rate: Up to 1kg in Weight £3.99, 1kg or over £4.99

If you would like any gifts sent directly to another person please email us, and we can arrange that for you.

***We only Ship to the UK at the present time**

We will only accept Returns for manufacturing defects.

If an item is broken in transit you will need to follow these steps

1. Email Us as soon as possible

2. Take a picture of the packaging.

3. Take a picture of the damaged item inside.

4. Send us an email with the attached Pictures

5. We may ask for more information, or more pictures.

6. We will ask for the package to be returned to us

7. After inspection we will offer a Refund.

8. If the product has been damaged by Customer we May refuse to refund, deduct the shipping costs from the total, or offer a percentage refund ie 10%

This must be done within an hour of receiving or opening the package.

Failing to follow these procedures may result in a refund being refused.
